Mark has been working in the accounting field since 1975. His experience is in accounting and tax, with an emphasis in reorganization and restructuring .  Mark prepares the write-up for all accounting reviews and tax returns, reviews all financial reports, work papers, and completed tax returns.  He has a B.S. in Business Administration with options in Finance and Accounting and is a member of the National Society of Accountants (NSA).  Mark is familiar with the tax laws and accounting procedures and how to make them work best for the client.

Terri has worked in business offices since 1976, with experience in office management, procedures and organization. Terri processes all paperwork to set up new business entities or close existing companies, enters the tax return information, processes payroll and quarterly reports, and manages all office functions. She is a Notary Public in Arizona and helps with the installation and training of accounting software with our clients.
