With local Executive Directors in the communities where we operate, we provide our members with a local face and resource when it counts. Our Executive Directors are invested in the organization personally and professionally and in most cases are entrepreneurs in their own right. They understand the needs of their local membership and continually work to improve resources, events, benefits, and marketing opportunities for them. We provide basic membership at no cost. Why do we do this? Because we believe that once you have seen our benefits and attended our local events you will appreciate the value in our paid member and sponsor opportunities and help to support our growth in your area. Our value promise - We will provide you with discount and benefit opportunities* within the first 120 days of membership equal to 150% of your annual gold member dues. If we don't provide this value we'll refund your membership fees. Integrity We work daily to earn the trust and respect of the communities where we are organized by conducting ourselves honestly and in the spirit of decency and fairness. Such behavior must continue to be the foundation on which we develop all our relationships. Our future actions and decisions will reflect the highest ethical and professional standards.
